Hello cooking fans!
After years of wondering, months of slaving and a lifetime of tasting we have finally taken the leap and published the first of our range of cookery books.
The first, 'Fantastic Cookies', concentrates on the few extra special cookie recipes that mean most to myself and my wife Gabi (the Fantastic team) and is now available as an e-book on the Smashwords website.
Please do check it out.
If we've designed it properly, you should be able to get the first recipe for free by downloading the 20% sample.

We're not in this for the money. If we were then we wouldn't have priced the book at 0.99c! But what we did want to do was to spread the recipes that have meant most to us over the years around the world.
Lots of the recipes are from members of our families who are no longer with us, making it even more important for us to share their food with everyone. I suppose it's a kind of respect thing really, although we did reject a few recipes that were, for want of a better word... horrible.
Others were rejected for practical purposes, '...take your leftover venison', etc.
The series intends to touch upon most aspects of cookery and will include;
Biscuits
Breadmaking
Stews
Soups
Sauces
Preserves
Sandwiches
Desserts
Party finger food
I'll update here whenever a new book is out.
